We personalized a home for our clients who moved from Los Altos Hills to be closer to town. We were asked to complete the remodel with a new kitchen. Our new solution utilized a revised layout with updated appliances, all new cabinetry, a bar, display for a family pottery collection and a new breakfast table. We kept the existing flooring and plaster walls and ceiling. Our biggest challenge was lighting the area and settled on an LED up and down light circular fixture that covered our island and eating area. The contractor appreciated not complicating the job with additional recessed or ceiling mounted fixtures.
